Webb and the MXoN
Husqvarna Mobility is joining forces with Team Tedder for 2027, welcoming three-time 450SX Champion Cooper Webb alongside Justin Hill. First up for Coop, he’ll make his Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition debut with Team USA at MXoN this weekend!
“I’ll make my debut this weekend aboard the Husqvarna FC 450 Factory Edition for Team USA at the Motocross of Nations. It’ll be my first time competing on the Husqvarna, but it gives me a lot of confidence to return to a platform that I’ve had so much success on throughout my career."
Webb has a storied, hard-fought history representing Team USA at the prestigious FIM Motocross of Nations (MXoN). Known for his relentless competitive spirit and willingness to answer his country's call—even on short notice or out of his comfort zone—Webb has been selected to the American squad four times over his career.

In 2015 at Ernée, France, Team USA finished second and Webb made his rookie debut and famously locked handlebars with MXGP Champion Romain Febvre in a thriller. 2016 at Maggiora, Italy, Team USA finished third and this was a classic, with Webb serving as Team Captain after Eli Tomac withdrew, leading a heavily motivated rookie squad. Webb crashed in the final race, costing Team USA victory.
2024 at Matterley Basin, UK, Team USA finished second. Webb stepped up as a late injury replacement for Chance Hymas, dropping back down to a 250cc bike for the first time since 2016 to help secure a podium. And this year again at Ernée, France, Webb was again selected as Team Captain alongside Chance Hymas and Levi Kitchen.
“I’m very excited for the future,” Webb said. “Team Tedder and their entire family have given me an awesome opportunity to go racing on my own terms and put together a program that I believe is capable of chasing championships.
“Early in my career, Roger [De Coster] and their entire crew helped turn my 450 career around, so it’s a special moment to once again have them supporting me during the later part of my career. I’ve got a lot of fight left in me, and I’m motivated to get back on top.”
Team manager Dakota Tedder cannot believe the luck of having a rider of Webb's ability in his team and they will do everything to make this journey, a successful one.
“We’re really excited about what we’ve put together for next year. Bringing Cooper onto Rocky Mountain ATV/MC – Monster Energy – Team Tedder – Husqvarna, along with Justin Hill, and making the move to Husqvarna is a huge step for our team and family. We’ve been doing this a long time, and our goal has always been to keep that family feel, while continuing to grow the team and put ourselves in a position to race for wins and championships. Having a guy like Cooper believe in what we’re building means a lot to us. He knows what he wants, he knows what it takes to win, and we’ve been able to put together a program around him that I think is going to be really special.”
