Jeffrey Herlings is on pole for this afternoons MXGP qualification race with a time of 1.52.138, more than a second quicker than second placed man, Lucas Coenen, who went 1.53.240 and HRC team-mate, Tom Vialle who went 1.53.629. Highlights here: Highlights MXGP Time Practice

Jeffrey Herlings: Yes, feel good, first in both sessions and feeling good on my new bike and looking forward to the racing today and tomorrow. A new track, same for everyone, it is a bit tricky, but fun so far.

Lucas Coenen the best time early with a 1.53.560, with Pauls Jonass 1.53.678, Romain Febvre 1.54.250, Jeffrey Herlings 1.54.475 and Kevin Hormo 1.55.628. Coenen does a 1.53.240, Vialle a 1.53.629, Jonass 1.53.678. Herlings fifth quickest with 1.54.475.

Herlings clocks a 1.52.138 to go to the top, and Coenen now more than a second off the Dutchman’s time. Top ten mid-season was Herlings, Coenen, Vialle, Jonass, Febvre, Renaux, Fernandez, Gajser, Forato in 10th. Adamo did a time of 1.54.323 to go into seventh place. Febvre slipped over in an awkward crash.

Febvre doing a quick lap and Herlings followed him, both doing a quick lap, but a lot of lapped traffic. Herlings ends with the best time of the session and on pole for this afternoons MXGP qualification race. Coenen second and Vialle third quickest.
