At the penultimate event of the season, Roan van de Moosdijk (NL/Kosak Racing Team) was once again crowned ADAC MX Masters champion. Three second places behind three-time race winner Jörgen-Matthias Talviku (EST/SHR Motorsports by Hartje) were enough for the Dutchman to defend his title in Vellahn. Jere Haavisto (FIN/Schmicker Silve Racing) finished the event in third place.

Roan van de Moosdijk had travelled to Vellahn with a comfortable 70-point lead and concentrated on winning the championship early. After a commanding second place in Saturday's race, he only crossed the Red Bull holeshot line in the midfield in the second race on Sunday. The Dutchman consistently worked his way up the field and pushed Noah Ludwig (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team) from second place at the beginning of the last third of the race. In the third race, van de Moosdijk was already back in second place behind Talviku on the second lap and kept up the pressure on the leader for a long time before he took no more risks in the final phase. The three second places were enough for van de Moosdijk to secure the championship.

"After a good start in the third race, I concentrated mainly on not making any stupid mistakes. I'm very happy and the pressure is off now. I'm looking forward to a great season finale in Fürstlich Drehna, where I want to give it my all again," van de Moosdijk celebrated.

It was Jörgen-Matthias Talviku's weekend. The Estonian already started the weekend with the best time in training as Acerbi's Best Qualifier. He converted pole position into a lights-to-flag victory in the first race, his first race win ever in the series. The challenging mixed surface track of MC Vellahn must have suited Talviku very well, because he repeated the feat in the two Sunday races, which he won each time with a start-finish victory. With this perfect record, he became the clear winner, the fourth event winner of the season.

"Who would have expected such a perfect result? But I liked it very much when I first looked at the track on Friday. My bike was very good from the start and I had a lot of fun riding it. My three holeshots made my life easier, and I was able to ride consistently fast and my fitness is also at a good level. I can't thank my team and supporters enough for making this possible for me," Talviku beamed about his ADAC MX Masters victory debut.

After a mixed weekend in Gaildorf, Jere Haavisto returned to the podium in the first race in Vellahn after working his way past Noah Ludwig and Tom Koch (D/KTM Sarholz Racing Team). After a bad start in the second race, the Finn steadily moved forward from 25th place. After ten laps, he displaced Koch from fourth place, where he crossed the finish line. In the third race, Haavisto got off to a better start and was already in fourth place after the second lap. After the first third of the race, he took over third place from Markuss Kokins (LAT/Team BuyMX Yamaha), which he brought home safely ahead of Koch and Jordi Tixier (F/KMP-Honda-Racing by DVAG). He finished the event in Vellahn in third place ahead of Koch and Ludwig.

"I'm very happy to be back on the podium now. The second race was very difficult after my botched start and I had to overtake a lot of riders, which wasn't easy here," Haavisto said happily.

In the championship, Koch is still in second place behind van de Moosdijk. Talviku moved up to third position ahead of Haavisto. Maximilian Spies (D/Becker Racing) injured himself in the first race on Saturday and is out for the rest of the season, dropping him back to fifth place in the standings.
