Lucas Coenen extends his advantage in the MXGP World Championship with his third 1-1 scorecard of the year after two muddy, technical and difficult motos at Talkessel.

Twin brother Sacha Coenen was peerless gate-to-flag in the first moto for his fourth race win of the term. The Belgian made a small mistake while leading on the opening lap of the second moto and although he recovered to rank P2 he missed out on his second overall success of 2026.
