KTM - Improved Sales
After nearly two years marked by falling revenue, excess inventory, production stoppages, creditor negotiations, and restructuring, the latest preliminary figures from KTM’s parent company, Bajaj Mobility AG, provide the clearest evidence yet that the group’s recovery is beginning to take hold at an operational level.
Bajaj Mobility reported second-quarter revenue of approximately €370 million, up from €231 million in the corresponding quarter of 2025. Bajaj Mobility sold 89,004 KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycles outside India during the first half of 2026. A further 58,568 motorcycles were sold through strategic partner and parent company Bajaj Auto, compared with 34,950 during the corresponding period last year.
The company sold 48,672 KTM, Husqvarna and GASGAS motorcycles outside India during Q2 2026. That represents a 71 per cent increase over the 28,471 motorcycles sold during the heavily disrupted second quarter of 2025, and a more immediately relevant 21 per cent improvement over the first quarter of 2026.
Combined worldwide volume therefore reached 147,572 motorcycles, an 81 per cent increase over the restated comparison figure of 81,336 motorcycles for the first half of 2025.
