Jett Takes Control - Unadilla
Jett Lawrence is where Jett Lawrence usually ends up, with a red plate and a championship victory in sight. Despite following brother Hunter for most of the series, with two rounds remaining, the multi-time AMA supercross and motocross champion might be heading for yet another AMA number one plate.
It was a tough day for the younger brother, as he started with a crash in the opening moto, to work his way back up to second behind his older brother, before giving a master class in the second moto, and taking a 2-1 victory.
Hunter wasn't so lucky, and after an easy win in the opening race, crashed hard while chasing Jett and Jorge Prado in the second race. A smashed up body and bike, it was a 1-DNF result and a lose of the championship points.
Jorge Prado, the four time World motocross champion had his best race outdoors, since arriving in America, with a 3-2 performance.
