Jago Geerts heads to the Motoblouz Honda Motul SR Team in 2027 after a tough 2026 season with the Beta factory team. No doubt the Belgian will be happy to get on a Honda, which is considered by many as the best bike in the sport.

Geerts who has 24 GP wins to his name will without question be a force on the Honda machine and while the field is very deep in 2027, podiums must be a goal for the talented Belgian rider.

Jago Geerts: My contract with Beta Motorcycles was terminated by mutual agreement on October 31, 2026.I would like to thank the owner of Beta Motorcycles for the correct conclusion of our collaboration. I can now officially confirm that I will join the Motoblouz Honda Motul SR Team for the 2027 FIM World Championship MXGP. I am really looking forward to see what 2027has in store for me, my team mate Calvin Vlaanderen and the extremely professional Frenchteam. On November 9th I will start my first bike practice in France.
